AuraFlow

Terms of use

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Tanner Frequency ("we", "us") about your use of AuraFlow, the apps for Android and Windows and these pages. By using AuraFlow you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What AuraFlow is

AuraFlow is a personal daily planner: tasks, routines, reminders, water and medication check-offs, family sharing, and optional connections to Google Calendar and Google Tasks. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms for you. You need a Google account to sign in.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Keep your Google account secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time, as described on the delete account page.

4. Personal use

AuraFlow is for your personal and household use. You may not resell it, offer it as a service to others, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Your content

What you put into AuraFlow is yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, sync it between your devices, and show it to the people you choose to share it with, so that AuraFlow can work. We do not use it for anything else.

6. Family sharing

When you share with family members you decide what they see. Please share only with people you trust, and respect what others share with you. You are responsible for what you send to other people through AuraFlow.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not:

8. Third-party services

AuraFlow works with services run by others, such as Google (sign-in, Calendar, Tasks, Maps, Firebase), Waze and your device's speech engine. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. You can disconnect Google at any time.

9. Not medical, financial or safety advice

AuraFlow helps you remember and organise. Medication, water, routine and bill features are reminders and records, not medical, financial or emergency advice, and a reminder can fail (for example, if your phone is switched off or notifications are blocked). Do not rely on AuraFlow alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm. Ask a qualified professional for advice.

10. No warranty

AuraFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for your particular purpose, and we disclaim all implied warranties. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tanner Frequency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits or missed appointments arising from your use of AuraFlow. Our total liability for any claim relating to AuraFlow is limited to US$100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using AuraFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering AuraFlow, and where we reasonably can we will tell you first and give you time to export your data.

13. Changes

We may update AuraFlow and these terms. If we change the terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. If you keep using AuraFlow after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
