Common questions

How do I connect or disconnect Google?

In AuraFlow, open Settings, then Google, and tap Connect Google or Disconnect. You can also remove AuraFlow's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. See the Google user data section of the privacy policy for exactly what is asked for.

My reminders do not arrive

On Android, make sure notifications and exact alarms are allowed for AuraFlow in the system settings and that battery saver is not stopping it. On Windows, keep AuraFlow running in the tray.

How do I delete my account and data?

See delete your account. You can also ask for part of your data to be deleted.
