Delete your AuraFlow account

You can ask us to delete your AuraFlow account and the data in it at any time. This page is for AuraFlow, the app by Tanner Frequency.

How to delete your account

In the app

A one-tap Delete my account action in AuraFlow Settings is coming in AuraFlow 2.0. Until it ships, please use the email request below.

By email, today

Email support@tannerfrequency.com with the subject Delete my AuraFlow account.
Send it from the Google email address you use to sign in to AuraFlow. If you write from a different address, tell us the sign-in address and we may ask you to confirm it.
We will confirm by reply once your account and data have been deleted.

We aim to finish within 7 days and always within 30 days of confirming your request.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in (your AuraFlow login, tied to your Google account email, name and picture address).
Everything in your private account area: tasks, appointments, habits, water and medication logs, routines, goals, notes, settings, bills and income entries, and the rest of what you put into AuraFlow.
Your Google connection record and any copy of imported Google calendar events.
Saved drive-time records, including any coordinates.
The notification tokens of your devices.
Your place in any family. You leave the family, and your shared daily summaries are removed.

What is not deleted by us

Things in your own Google account. If you connected Google, the AuraFlow calendar and the AuraFlow Google Tasks list that AuraFlow made stay in your Google account. You can delete them yourself in Google Calendar and Google Tasks, and remove AuraFlow's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Copies on your devices. Uninstalling AuraFlow, or signing out, removes the data stored on that device. On Windows, tap Disconnect in Settings before uninstalling, so the stored Google sign-in key is removed from Windows Credential Manager.
What other people received. Items you already sent to family members may remain with them.

What we keep

We do not keep your account data after deletion. Ordinary server operation logs hold only account and item identifiers and expire on their own schedule, and copies in Google's systems are removed on Google's own schedule.

Delete only some of your data

You can delete individual items in the app at any time, and tap Disconnect in Settings to remove the Google connection and its stored copy of imported events. If you want a specific kind of data removed without deleting your account, email us and tell us which.
